the ability to tolerate and recover from stress
These traits are powerful! but they are often overlooked forms of human performance.
Ultimately, the perceived gap in strength comes from cultural bias, not biology. When we expand how we define strength, it becomes clear that women aren’t weaker. they’ve been undervalued.
