I am from out of state, Can I still get treated by you virtually?

Unfortunately no. You must be a resident of Minnesota or physically in Minnesota to be treated by me.

I am recovering from an injury and not the most mobile, can I still do pilates?

Yes! Pilates is for everyone. Accommodations will be made so that it best suits you and your recovery.
