Accessibility

At Restore & Rebalance, we believe every person deserves a path to feeling better regardless of age, ability, or how they experience the world.

Studio U Accessibility

Restore & Rebalance works out of Studio U. This space is accessible by elevator from the parking area, however there is a small staircase when going this way. If Stairs are not accessible for you we have another path! Watch our walk through video.

If you have questions about the route, mobility equipment (wheelchair, walker, scooter), or need us to meet you at a specific entrance, just call ahead and we'll help you plan your visit.

Accessibility in Physical Therapy Sessions

●      Dr. Sarah is committed to catering every treatment session to the individual and your session is built around your body, your goals, and any accommodation you need.

●      Every PT session is one-on-one. You will never be sharing your therapist's attention with another patient. This means we can fully adapt pacing, positioning, communication, and equipment to what works for your body and your needs.

●      Our treatment space is wheelchair accessible, with height-adjustable tables and enough room for wheelchair, walker, or scooter transfers.

●      We regularly work with patients managing chronic pain, limited mobility, sensory sensitivities, or communication needs, and we welcome you to tell us in advance about any accommodation that would help your session go smoothly.

Accessibility in Pilates Sessions and Classes

  • In private Pilates sessions, Dr. Sarah will modify exercises to meet you where you are whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, working around a mobility limitation, or simply new to this sort of movement. Modifications are built into how we teach, not an afterthought.

  • We keep class sizes small so Dr. Sarah can give real, individual attention during group sessions, and private one-on-one Pilates sessions are available for anyone who wants or needs more personalized support.

  • We can offer accommodations for Pilates classes including modified equipment, alternative positions, and adjusted pacing. We also offer different types of reformer Pilates classes so you can choose what is best for you. Click here to learn more.

  • Let us know about any injury, condition, or accommodation before class or your session so we can plan for it ahead of time.
